update Banking inormation
THE FORM BELOW IS FOR MEMBERS THAT NEED TO UPDATE THEIR BANKING INFORMATION
In order to get paid by Broward County Public Schools you must have an accurate ACH Form (direct deposit) on file. If your banking information has changed complete and submit the form below to UPDATE your banking information for ALL BCAA games officiated.
These forms only apply to Broward PUBLIC SCHOOLS assignments. Private, and charter schools will continue to use their own various payment methods (Arbiter Pay, checks issued on site, checks mailed to your home etc) . Using the information they have on file for you.
What is required
Officials must complete and submit the Account Update Request to change their information
PRINTOUT - the form below and submit it with a cancelled check to the BCAA Office
Will I have to do this for every sport I officiate?
- NO, completing the form ONCE, updates your info in the system for all BCAA sports
I already have direct deposit do I need to complete a new ACH form?
- NO, this form is ONLY IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE your bank information
Must I provide a W-9 form?
- NO, if you are already in the system you have one on file

- You will need the following information to complete this form
Previous Banking Information that is on file with the BCAA
Direct Deposit Info - Name of NEW BANK, Branch/State, Routing number,
Account number, Account type Checking or Savings
A voided check to verify your bank details if depositing into a checking account
